I found the great Hummer H3 at Motorcars International for the lowest price anywhere online. I live near Chicago and this deal was so good that I jumped aboard a Greyhound bus by myself and took it to a Greyhound bus station right by the dealership and it only cost me $40 to do so. It sounded crazy at first but the deal was too good to pass up. When I arrived at Motorcars International, my H3 was just wrapping up on the detail and when it pulled up, it looked better than the pictures online. The service I received there was great and very pleasant and easy going, much different than going to a big dealership where the employees are cocky and treat you subpar. DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS, TAXES, FEES and DISCLOSURES
1. A $310 deposit is required and can be made by using paypal or any major credit card. The balance is due in 7 days. Final payment can be made in one of the following forms: Cash, Cashiers Check, Official Bank Check, Home Equity Line Check, Credit Card Check or Bank Wire Transfer. Bank wire transfer are subject to a $35 charge. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
2. Unless you have the ability to pay for the vehicle yourself, you must have approved bank financing ebfore making a deposit and committing to a purchase. We are readily available to provide you and/or your bank or credit union with a bill of sale to process your loan application.
3. Deposits are non-refundable unless the vehicle has been grossly misrepresented or if the vehicle fails a professional on-site inspection prior to it leaving our facility. In the event you just happen to change your mind about purchasing the vehicle or something on your end does not workout, your deposit will be applied towards the cost of advertising/relisting fees, paperwork and loss of vehicle specific dealership productivity.
4. All sales are subject to a mandatory $125 documentary & title transfer fee as well as a $250 vehicle preperation fee which includes a full detail of your vehicle, inspecting your vehicle, topping off fluids, tire pressure check, etc. These fees are fixed and non negotiable.
5. We are authorized by the stated of Ohio to be able to issue 30 day temporary tags for vehicles that are picked up in person ($18.50).
6. Ohio residents pay their applicable county taxes.
7. The State of Ohio requires dealers to collect taxes for the following 8 states:
- Arizona 6%
- California 6%
- Florida 6%
- Indiana 6%
- Massachusetts 6%
- Michigan 6%
- South Carolina $300 Tax Cap
- Washington 6%.
YOU WILL NOT BE PAYING YOUR SALES TAX TWICE...it is a one time payment and will be shown on your bill of sale and title. In some cases your state tax is greater than what's listed and you will be responsible to pay the difference in your state when you register your car.
8. Many of our vehicles have a balance of the factory bumper to bumper and/or powertrain warranty. Extended warranties are available. Unless specified, all vehicles are sold as is.
9. We prepare our vehicles so that you have a safe and fun trip back home in your new car! We do our part to check your fluids, tire pressures and inspect your vehicle mechanically to make sure things are as they should be, along with a full detail! Please remember you are buying a used vehicle, so there will be normal wear and tear associated with the vehicle's age and/or usage. Some pre-owned vehicle may have had previous professioanl paint/body work performed. Some vehicles may not come with extra keys, floor mats, manuals, navigation DVD/CD, headphones, remotes, etc. In regards to the navigation dvd, if your vehicle has the DVD needed to run the system, we will have the map displayed in a photo to show that the DVD is present.
10. All obligations pursuant to this contract/purchase shall be performable in Lorain County, Ohio. The vehicle shall be delivered F.O.B. in Lorain County and all obligations of purchasers to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Lorain County, Ohio. It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings will be conducted in Lorain County, Ohio.
