1. Deposit Policy: ALL Deposits are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits collected on vehicles & trailers which are not sold are applied to the costs of advertising and document preparation.
2. Sales Tax: Illinois Residents are subject to 6.25% sales tax. Illinois collects sales tax for the following states: California 6.25%, Florida 6%, Hawaii 4%, Indiana 6.25% (RV’s & Cargo Trailers are Exempt), Massachusetts 6.25%, Michigan 6%, South Carolina 5% (up to a maximum of $300).
3. Title & Registrations Fees: Illinois Customers are required to pay all title & registration fees at time of purchase.
4. Lienholder: It is the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the customer to verify lienholder information is correct on the title application. Midwest Diesel Trucks WILL NOT pay for a corrected title due to incorrect lienholder information or failure to place a lienholder on the title.
5. Documentary & Administrative Fees: These fees are not required by Law. Midwest Diesel Trucks charges a $50 Documentary Fee & a $250 administration charge. These charges help cover preparing documents, processing titles, & vehicle preparation.
6. Payment Terms: Full payment is due in the form of a Cashier’s Check or Wire Transfer before the vehicle is released to buyer.
7. Out of State Customers are required to pay title & registration fees in their own state.
8. Trade-Ins: Purchaser guarantees payoff and agrees to provide a clean clear title signed over to Midwest Diesel Trucks within 30 days. Purchaser guarantees trade-in is not Salvage or Rebuilt.
9. Ebay Transactions: Ebay Customers are required to contact our office @ 217-350-4501 within 24 hours of auctions end. A $500 deposit is due immediately following listing’s end. Balance due within 7 days.
10. Shipping & Delivery: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to arrange shipping and pay all costs associated with shipping. Midwest Diesel trucks is not a shipping company or a transport broker. We do not guarantee pickup or delivery dates. No vehicle will be released prior to payment.
11. Titles: Titles are normally delivered FedEx Express Overnight. Titles may also be sent UPS or USPS. Titles are sent within 30days. Titles will only be sent once payment has cleared our bank. If a trade-in was accepted, a clean & clear title must be received with NO LIENS reported. Titles may not always be on hand in our office, titles may be in transit from auctions, banks, dealerships, or the state.
12. Warranties: Midwest Diesel Trucks does not offer warranties. 100% of our vehicles are sold AS-IS WHERE-IS with NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. NEW TRAILERS come with a 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty. Midwest Diesel Trucks does not perform warranty work for any Manufacturer. Purchaser must contact Manufacturer with any warranty claim.

She has owned the truck for the past 6 years, and is the 2nd owner. It had a new exhaust system installed in 2011, and has a turnover gooseneck ball in the bed. Power windows and locks. Body is in good shape. Does have some surface rust on the cab corners and rockers, but no holes. This is a no reserve auction. This has been my personal toy hauler for over 5 years. She has been garage kept and babied by a very fussy owner. Every option available for this year. Including but not limited to: 8.1 big block, Allison trans, 4X4, leather heated seats, dual climate heat/air, onstar, steering wheel radio controls, trailering package, etc. Aftermarket parts 17" chrome wheels and tires, Clarion radio head unit with ipod and mp3 hook ups, dvdplayer, fiberglass topper, steel cowl hood, front spoiler, painted factory parts, tinted windows, custom cat back exhaust,electric brake hook-up,etc.
I have had the oil changed every 3k miles. Just had all fluids changed 5k miles ago. New brakes front and rear 10k miles ago. To my knowledge everything works and is in tip top condition. This truck is a 10 period. Gets compliments everytime it is driven.
She has very little road rash for her age, almost show ready. I am updating to newer truck. That is the only reason I am selling. She needs nothing. Only beef with truck is has small vibration over 75 mph due to after market wheels and tires. Very minor thing but being complete with description.
Can help with discounted transport through friend. Or fly and drive. Happy to pick up at airport.

2004 Chevy Silveraldo 3500 Crew Cab 4x4 diesel Auto Flat Bed W/T. It's a 2 owner truck, I have owned it for 2 years. I was in construction/ excavation line of work, but have change my job and no longer need a truck like this. It is a very nice solid truck, but has it's share of nicks and dings. Interior is clean and in really good condition. The seats has a few slits or straight line tears. A/C works great as well as cruse controle. It isn't perfict but cleans up well. Runs and drives really good, trans shifts great and pulls strong. 4x4 works great and has a locking rearend. The bed is 8' by 7'9". It has 12" tall sides and tail gate that I made that removes by pulling up on them. Has reciver and goose neck hitch that hides flat in the bed. Front tires are brand new, back tires are about 25%. The truck is ready to be serviced, and other than that it doesn't need any thing that I am aware of . The truck is financed through US Bank. It has been brought to my attination that the truck has been in 2 accidents. The first one was with the first owner, a car backed in to the rear of the truck with no damage to the truck. I don't know where Auto Check came up with the seconed accident or occurance and don't know who to contact about it.

This Catering/Lunch truck is in excellent condition. The truck and lunch box are both in 100% working condition. This truck has been maintained, and in excellent working order ! The vehical has only 31,000 miles. I bought the truck two years ago and had a man operate the business. Do to medical conditions neither he or I can operate it any more. It has had no issues at all. The box had minor damage next to the trash box which was fixed like new. There are a couple of small dings here and there, but as you can see they are hard to find. The catering box has cold storage on the right side. The back has a hot water Tray with 6 openings for hot dogs and stuff like that, a coffee dispenser and a two door warming oven. The left side has a two door warming oven, a hand wash sink and a three bay sink set up. There is overhead fresh water that supplies the sink. The left side also has an area for extra storage. All the burners work as well as the thermal temp controls (propane). This is an ideal set up for any state because most states will not allow on site cooking. there is a towing package for pulling a cooker or trailer set up. We had a JVC sound system installed to play music loudly on a job site and had a custom horn system from "HornTronic's" so folks could hear are our arrival. Both work and we kept the stock radio if you ever want it. The truck has a full size spare...just in case of a nail ! I will require a $1000.00 depoisit within 24 hours of a successful winning bid and the balance within 7 days. The truck will not leave until full payment is received and cleared.
